Description
About the Book

In India there are certain days in a year when people do not eat onions and garlic. In some of the festivals also, people prepare food without onion and garlic. This book would be very helpful to those who follow religions like Jainism, Radhaswami and also people who are vegetarians and do not like to consume onion and garlic. All the recipes in this book were tried and tested by our kitchen team and we found that without onion and garlic also the food tastes really good.
