Ayurvedic Medicine A.F.I. – Part 1
Ingredients: Each 100 gm is prepard from:
Bilva 153.6 g, Guda 76.8 g, Mustaka, Dhanyaka, Shvetajiraka, Sukshmaila,
Tvak, Nagkeshara, Shunthi, Maricha and Pippali each 1.2 g water Q.S.
Indications: Tastelessness, Digestive impairment.
Dose: 6 to 12 g (1 to 2 tea spoonful) two times a day or as directed by the physician.
Diet: Butter, ghee, milk, old rice, wheat and other nutritious food.
Avoid: Curd, tomato, potato and spicy food.
Caution: To be taken under medical supervision.
